I'm constantly struggling to remember what I have stored in my fridge, freezer and pantry and would love something to keep track of everything in and out with. A bar code scanner would be nice and for sure the recipes and video. I also love the idea of the music because the kitchen is one place I'd love music the most, but don't have anything set up for it. There already is a company called TrollTouch that puts touchscreens in iMacs, it is expensive though. With a recipe software an iMac would be perfect(almost anyway).
